‘Aagman Purab’, the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, founder of Khalsa Panth was celebrated with full fervor at Guru Nanak Khalsa College for Women, Gujarkhan Campus, Model Town here today. The event started with prayers of Shri Chaupai Sahib Ji followed by Kirtan by the students of the Department of Music.
Bhai Sahib Bhai Sahib Singh Ji and his Raagi Jatha embalmed and enthralled the audience into soulful rhythms with the holy verses.
Guru ka Langar was served to everyone present on the occasion
General Secretary, College Governing Body, Er. Gurvinder Singh, addressed the ‘sangat’ on the occasion and galvanized them to pursue both sainthood and martial spirit like Guru Gobind Singh Ji to fight the hurdles of their life.
The college Principal, Mrs. Maninder Kaur congratulated everybody on the occasion and wished that the future will bring about more safer and healthy environment.
